Julie had a number of different tools for me, and I actually put it in a poem once, it was called Wellness Check. In any moment, on any given day, I can measure my wellness by this question alone; is my attention on loving, or is my attention on who isn’t loving me?

—Andrea Gibson, Poet

Julie has discovered a way to make self-regulation accessible and practical. This curriculum is rooted in science, honed through years on the field and in practice.

—Amanda Casgar, C-Level Leader of Brand, Culture and Community

The skills she taught me are woven through every thread of my life and have led to personal and professional enrichment beyond what I could have imagined.

—Nancy Kepner, CEO, Crafted Leadership
